Project Plan: Cyber, Marketing & AI – 90-Day Challenge
1. Define Project Scope
- Goal: Learn foundational concepts in cybersecurity, content marketing, and AI in 90 days.
- Deliverables: 1x or more Blog posts, research summaries, practical application posts, removal of irrelevant blog posts, case studies, or a final presentation. Website curated with relevant topics, content, and optimized for target audience.
- Stakeholders: TBD (if collaborative).
2. Break Down Phases (with Dates) Using Agile or Scrum methodologies:
- Phase 1 (Days 1–30): Cybersecurity Fundamentals and attainment of HubSpot Content Marketing Certification.
- Start Date: April 25, 2025
- Day 10 (Sign-Up for HubSpot Content Marketing Certification Exam): on or before May 5, 2025
- Utilize Cybrary FREE training courses (LO)
- Day 20 (Sign-Up for CompTIA A+ Certification Exam): on or before May 19, 2025
- End Date (Day 30): June 2, 2025
- Phase 2 (Days 31–60): Marketing Strategy & Digital Advertising and attainment of CompTIA A+ Certification Test Date.
- Start Date: June 3, 2025
- Start edX IBM Generative AI course (within the week of 6/3)
- Read 2 recommended Cyber books (LO)
- Utilize 2 recommended YouTube channels (LO)
- Use 2 website to practice accessing threats and vulnerabilities. (LO)
- Attend webinars, events, meet-ups, and other networking opportunities
- Day 40 (Sign-Up for CompTIA Security+ Certification Exam): on or before June 26, 2025
- End Date (Day 60): July 16, 2025
- Phase 3 (Days 61–90): AI Applications, Future Trends, attainment of Comp A+ Certification and CompTIA Security+ Certification Test Date.

- Books and YouTube complete (Day 68-90)

3. Schedule & Operating Hours
- Operates Monday–Thursday. Blog post on Friday.

- 5/2 As the website is edited, more bots are attracted to commenting and submitting in the feedback forms. Updated feedback forms. Bots often struggle with open-ended responses. Added personalized prompts and scale-based questions in an attempt to avoid generic forms that bots can easily fill.

A+ book is lengthy. Reduced Content Marketing time to 1 hour to view their videos & complete quizzes (1-5 T/F + multiple choice questions)
A+ book time was allotted 1-3hrs max as it is technical reading and contains quizzes (10-25 multiple choice questions). The text narrates requirements of physically creating virtual machines soon and using both hardware and software applications to learn the tools on the job. - Monday.com free trial ended. (5/12)
